The purpose of the Broad Street Mile is to raise money and awareness for local community organizations and causes. Unlike traditional fundraisers, the Broad Street Mile creates a turnkey fundraising solution that raises money for multiple organizations. There is NO FEE to participate as a community partner and next year’s fundraising process has been simplified. This year organizations DO NOT have to have a 501(c)3 designation, but they must be setup as a legal entity with a tax identification number.

The fundraising process is very simple. Participating organizations recruit runners to register to run or walk FREE of charge, and they can donate directly to your organization. This year’s fundraising platform will utilize Race Roster to make the registration and fundraising process very user friendly.
